Simphony 18.2.5 Client Error "Exception occured: Not Authenticated"

Dear simphony experts,

We get the attached error from time to time and we authenticate and solve the problem.

Unable to load application
Exception occurred: Not Authenticated


But why does this error come up? Simphony 18.2 (Oracle Cloud)
Is there a definitive solution to this?
 
is the firewall on , and also do you have any antivirus installed ?
 
Yes, both are open. However, we have created rules and this issue happening time to time.
Even in a different store with the same Windows image and the same network restrictions, no issue occurs.
Wouldn't it be a constant problem if it was caused by an antivirus or firewall?
 
try to desactivate them and monitor it for couple of weeks , each workstation have its own behaviour regarding to firewall and antivirus , i saw alot of exceptions in a same hotel
