SIM Script for Micros 3700 and E7

I'm in need of a SIM script for Micros that will print on the receipts and also call a Windows service that will run on the box to call a HTTP web service with the check info.

It sounds like this is possible on 3700 series. Anyway to do something like this on E7?

Also having trouble finding someone that is available to write these scripts. Anyone have any recommendations?

PS - Also looking to do this on Aloha, Positouch, and Digital Dining so if you know of any developers on those I'd love those recommendations as well. Thanks!
