silly question

Hi All.

I'm kind of new with bcm's and have a quick question, which should be simple... when you backup the logs, sometimes I see "sensitive logs"

What is that?

It has sensitive information in the call history, like peoples phone numbers and information they enter into an IVR, if you use one.

It's a legal privacy issue. They have disclose that the log contains personal information that should be guarded.
