Silent SIP Calls

Hi,
I have Avaya IPO 11.0.4.2 with a SIP trunk. The customer complained that they receive silent calls sometimes. I collected traces for some of those calls and found the INVITE is coming from Anonymous. Any idea how to prevent these silent calls?

The question is are these actual calls that are silent or just ghost calls caused by a dialer or similar?
