Silent Observe feature in PBX

I have an option 11c. I've setup the observe feature for our acd groups. I works great. I would like to know how to disable the beep that the agent hears when the supervisor starts observing the call.
 
Have you tried setting the "OBTN" prompt in the ACD Queue?

It is currently set to NO. Is that the correct setting

Correct. No means "No tone". I did a little searching, and some others that had your problem were changing the wrong Queue.

Are you certain the ACDN matches the KEY 00 ACD "nnnn" pppp
