Silent Monitor with internal call to Hunt Group?

Hi Everyone,

Can internal calls to HG's be monitored using Silent Monitor on v6.1 MICS?

I try to do so, and the extension says "Idle".

Does silent monitor only work for external incoming calls that are transferred to HG?

You can only monitor a call that rang in on that hunt group.

Any other calls to that phone won't work.
