Should it be possible to Silent Monitor Extensions on a different controller?
We are getting Not Allowed when trying it.
We have checked Class of Service, Class of Restriction, Feature Access Code, Interconnect Restriction
Systems are all on MCD 6.0 SP2

from help
Silent monitoring is not supported on MSDN networks—that is, only DNs local to the monitoring set can be monitored.

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

Thanks Billz66 - RTFM I suppose!

I've done it, but if what Billz66 says is true, I likely used loopback trunks to pull dialtone from the local switch.
