Silent Installation of SMS-AdminConsole ?

Hi all,
as we have users who have limited rights in the AdminConsole we do not want them to give the possibility or opportunity of installing the AdminConsole for themselves.
Therefore I am looking for a way to install them the console via SMS and an advertisement.
Problem is that I am not sure if this is working.

Can anyone help me out with this ?

From Mike Mott. This script will install the SMS admin console from a general location using an INI file. It will install the console with no user intervention, remove useless icons that you don't want others to play with, check to see if it can install mmc 1.2, and drop your custom MSC into the proper location for all users to use.
