Is there a way to sign a PDF that doesn't require so many choices? How about a way to do it in a single click?

We've got a number of users that have difficulty navigating through all of the drop-downs when signing a PDF. If possible, I'd like a button they can press after reveiwing a doc that uses their signature to sign it with a set of defaults. For instance: I want the last option to always be "I am approving this document."

I looked through the JS API and the way to do this didn't jump out at me.

Did you ever figure out a way to do this? I am trying to do the same thing and can only get it done with 4 clicks right now. Thanks, Darryl

Darryl,

I was playing with a javascript solution for this when we found a workaround.

Initially, we didn't want to have to walk a bunch of computer non-literates through all of the steps and endeavored to make it simpler. Instead, we decided to have fewer users learn how to do it. Each acts as an approver. This way there were fewer people to train and fewer licenses to buy from Adobe.
