Alright so i have a few users who don't want to use the format we want them to use for a signature.
Is there anyway i can change them manually rather than breath down their necks to find 3 mins in their busy work day of surfing myspace and youtube?

Trying to do alot with what little I know. Thank you

Seems like the IT department should be setting that format, and not the user. But whatever.

How are you doing signatures now?

Plan for performance, and capacity takes care of itself. Plan for capacity, and suffer poor performance.

Get a piece of software to set their sigs for them and an ISA server to stop youtube and myspace.

If you have a way to deliver a modified HOSTS file, all you have to do is to make an entry of the sites you don't want them to go to(this is for a user by user basis). For an officewide ban you can point your router or other gateway to the DNS servers. You can register for free, and get reports on how many and how often your users go to whatever site. You can also DENY them access just by doing a couple of clicks at opendns.com. Click.

I think you're misunderstanding me, the issue isn't content filtering.
The issue is whether or not i can manually set one of my users Signatures (little auto reply that goes out with an email)on the exchange server, that way they can't screw it up by doing it themselves.

Guess i'll just have to sharpen my poking stick.
