Signature font changes in Outlook 2003

My Outlook signature is saved as Arial 10 pt. font. However, when it gets attached into email messages it uses Times New Roman font. I can't figure this out, and it's driving me crazy. I've checked the signature file over and over again, and it is saved as Arial. What gives?"

I have asked the user to check the font and stationery file and he sayd it's saved as above. Any insight?
