Signaling Server Element Manager web access problem

When I try to access our signaling server via the element manager web page. It lets me log in but then just goes to a blank page. I actually get the same result on 2 different Signaling Servers/Switches, which leads me to believe it is something on the PC; however I also have tried multiple PC's that I used to be able to use. Any help would be appreciated. Any one know if the site requires a specific version of java or anything? Thanks in advanced!

What release is the switch? Are you accessing EM directly or going to UCM first and then to EM? Anything prior to release 6 you go straight to EM with the IP address. Anything 6.0 or above you go to UCM first and then to EM from there.

What version of IE are you using? We had similar issue when we went to IE9. Works great on IE7.
