signal ringing on dna ops phone

anyone have an idea ?

have a dna ops console which only gives 1 burst of ringing/tone.

as opposed to a ring-ring type thing.

opisp: lev is set to "n"

alex says that n means that the signalling "can" be altered via abutton on the pbx ops console.

have looked at ops console nothing obvious, i assume as it was working somone's pressed a button or something

Is this a BC12? And also, which phone type do you have for the DNA? Headset in use?

I fixed it.

restarted OLP1s1, DOms and DOR

a bit of a weired set=up and problem.
