Is there a feature on the Sierra platform that will automatically delete uninitialized mailboxes after a pre determined amount of time. If not is there a way to delete 6,000 of these mailboxes without to much effort.

No, There is not a way to automatically delete them. Lucent has some scripts that will do this, or someone here on this forum may have some scripts. Basically, you will need to run the uninitialized report, then feed that output into a script that will delete the mailboxes on the report.

KXboy is right. You could use mailbox builder to do this.
