Siemens OptiPoint 420... Application not valid... Cannot boot.

I have an Opt 420 std with an hipath 4000.
I cannot access it via WBM, I have found an article on the siemens wiki to use netboot server to bring this phone to life, to flash a new firmware.

I have found *.fli file and application file , but I cannot find a netboot server application, and do not know the right procedure to do this.

Any help would be appreciated.

Still cannot find netboot server software, to update the firmware for the optipoint series. Any link or experience anyone ?

I've only done one 420 so far so I have next to no experience with it, but I'm wondering if you can still access it via ftp even if it hasn't booted? If so maybe you can modify or replace necessary files as needed?

I cannot access it via FTP, I tried to assign it an IP address but the device would not cooperate. Think I need this app netboot server like it says in the wiki link, because in the boot process of the telephone it says looking for netboot server, my guess is that it will look for it on L2 by MAC address.
Any help?

I don't know if you have this information or not, but... It tells you all about the software, but doesn't give access to it. I don't have access to the SEBA portal so I can't get anything from there.
