we have siemens hipath 3550 that work fine and great we need to allow some internal numbers like 110 and 120 to call external numbers how can i config the system from hipath manager softwear

if LCR is activated? go to lcr then flag and cos change the COS of local to the maximum.

it Means LCR is activated, under LCR change the COS number of local to maximum like 15COS, i can't see local AND DIAL PLAN

i think under discrimination this picture above change it to class of service 15 of the local that you want to call outside. unless if the account code is activated in LCR you need to know what is the account codes any account codes you can use.

please refer to this image. change the parameter from 7 to 15. maybe the version is old thats why content of the parameters is different.

base on image you sent this tab is under COS of DAy and Night this part is restriction of trunk line if restricted or unrestricted with designated local.
