Hi,
I am currently on a three month internship with a small company who has bought and installed a Siemens 150 E OfficeOne and now wants me to research what functions they could implement.
My first question is how to properly identify the Siemens 150 E. It was sold to us as an OfficeOne, but somehow the components seem to match an OfficeCom instead. Can I use the HW-numbers ("Mother Board": S30810-Q2932-A201) as "identification", or is it a more complex issue?
Secondly my company would like to implement a UAM-Module so in case nobody can pick-up the phone during office hours the callers can receive a message saying "sorry, please try again later". I have searched for info on this UAM thing, but I could not find detailed infos on how to physically connect the UAM, nor a complete description of its functions and possibilities (recording possibilities, external cd-player and so on).
Neither have I been able to find a handbook/instruction manual on the 150 E OfficeOne/Com, which I also could use.
I appreciate all help.
Thank You very much!
