I got this add on from the Starfish site that, after I installed it, made a cardfile that listed every CD I had ever installed on the computer, and had field names of name, phone, and serial number that were filled in automatically! Am I crazy or did this really happen? Of course it is now way outdated for what I now have on my computer and I would Really Like to install this again to update the inventory (and install it on my laptop also). Of course the Starfish site doesn't have anything anymore, and I have looked high and low to find a source. Could Anyone please shed some light on this? I would appreciate anything. Thanks!

Dear katx3,
You don't have to use sidekick for that, there are quite a few programs out there that can do that, if anyone else knows of them please post here.
As long as the program can export the results in a comma-delimited or tab-delimited form (ie Text), you can if you wish, import them into sidekick and merge them with your original cardfile.
Regards Jim

Thanks Jim, but I was really wanting to keep it in Sidekick, and, more importantly, I want to upgrade the list. No subsequently installed programs appeared on the list, only those present at the first installation of the add on. So I was really looking for a place to get the add on again.
