This is a new question in reference to an old post of mine:
Same report, but I've moved the subreports from the report footer to the group footer.

Here's the situation, I have different franchise locations that need to have a report ONLY about THEIR customers.

What I would like to have happen is to have a page header with the franchise name at top, then for Franchise 1, show the two subreports side by side (containing information about Franchise 1's customers), then on a new page, for Franchise 2, the same page header with the franchise name at the top and the two subreports side by side (containing information about Franchise 2's customers), etc.

The main report is pulling the list of franchise locations from a field called "name".

The subreports have parameters of begindate, enddate, and franchise.

Is it possible to link "name" to the subreport's franchise parameter?

Any tips in getting me to where I'm trying to go are appreciated. Thanks!

Sure, link away.

You can add in a parmeter to limit the report to just one frnchise, or outer group by franchise and reset the page numbers in that group footer.

Thanks... sometimes it just helps to know it's possible before banging my head against it only to find out it's not even remotely possible :)

I did finally get it working. I find that my brain does not work in the same way Crystal does :)
