Shutdown Internet connection, ZA & AVG

Win xp pro up-to-date, router, Zone Alarm firewall and Anti Virus Grisoft - no problem.

Sometimes i need to disconnect internet connection (right click icon ---> disable), ZA (right click icon ---> shutdown) and quit AVG (right click icon ---> quit), all together successfully but time wasting and little bit boredom.

Can i automate these three action with some bat (or cmd) script - one click, pc is offline and no ZA, AVG in memory?

Not in any elegant manner that I am aware of.

You can stop the processes using a batch (.bat) file using the command
tskill "process name" (no quotes)

For each process you want to stop (abort - kill)

But as the command implies - it aborts them! The process name(s) you can discover using the command tasklist

There may be more than one process per application you will need to kill.

you can set the NIC offline after downloading the Devcon command line utility here. - Install to a folder in your Path though - such as the windows folder. Or modify your path to include wherever you install it.

You have at least three services, not proces entries.

You can use either SC.EXE, the service control utility, or NET STOP:

sc stop "AVG Anti-Spyware Guard"
sc stop "True Vector Service"

You can use Start to restart the servcies.

Check the service names, as they may be different on your computer. To do so:

Start, Run, CMD
sc queryex >service.txt
notepad service.txt
