What is wrong when I try to sunt down my PC, using a chip set sis530-mATX-VGA-0.1 and it just boot up again?

What version of Windows operating system do you have? If it is Win98SE go here You may need to reload the device driver as a damaged one will do this. Go into your control panel and under system find the device manager and then the Display adapter you named above, remove it and reboot, windows should redetect it and set it up for you. See if this works.
