Once a photo has been placed in a photo box is there a way to shrink or enlarge it (staying within the confines of the box), other than by going down and entering new figures for both the X and Y axis percentages at the bottom of the screen. This works, but seems unduely slow and cumbersome. Thanks

pasteup,

For Mac, you can reduce/enlarge pictures in a picture box by holding down the command, option and shift keys while typing the < key to reduce in 5% increments or the > key to enlarge.

Works just fine (with the Alt key) on my PC. Knew there had to be a better way. Thanks Waynesworld.

Another useful one to fill the picture box with your image is to hold down command, option, shift & f (for 'Fill' I suppose). Leave out the option key and it will fill the picture box completely, stretching the image out of proportion if necessary.
