Shrink chart to fit on smaller page

I have Word 2010. I created a org chart using 8.5 x 14 paper. I am now told that the paper has to be 8.5 x 11. Is there anyway to shrink the chart so it fits on 8 x 11. Any help will be appreciated.

In earlier versions I would select all of the objects making up the chart, group them and then use the handles of the resultant composite object to squeeze the length down.

I imagine it would work the same in 2010.
