Showing the caller number when transfering a call

Hello,

We have an IP office ,

And what we are trying to do is :

1) Incoming call with number : 02 XXX XX XX to user 820
2) User 820 answer
3) Set the outgoing number to the caller number 02 XXX XX XX
4) Then transfert to external number

Is that possible ?

Nope

that was the short form.
The long explanation is that the system cannot assign the caller ID to the user for transfer. The only way to get the caller ID to work is usually twinning or forward on a user if that user gets the call directly.
