Showing Earliest time 1

If I have two records of Login Logout from the same person how can I set it in a query to just read the earliest time.

Example:

Name Log IN Log Out
Smith, Joe 8:00:00AM 9:01:00Am
Smith, Joe 9:00:00AM 4:00:00PM

I want A query to just Pull the Earliest Login and another Query to pull the Latest Logout. Any Sugestions Thanks Christopher Abney
