Is it possible to hide from the user a Table or rows in a table until a certain button on the Form is selected? Or maybe someone could tell me of a better way to do this.

The Table is 4cx10r for this application. But sometimes the user needs an additional row. Each row holds certain text fields. I would like, for a default, on each form that only 10 rows to be seen and if the users needs they can add (show) additional rows. There is no limit to the rows, but chances are it will never be more than 70. Each Column contains 1 text field for input.

I have used hiding of tables (& rows) before within forms and not generally encountered too many problems.

What I usually do is create a field (say "field1") on the form and setup the table how I wish it to display as if everything was visible. Set your form to autorefresh and set field1 to refresh on keyword change. Then highlight your whole table text (or individual rows) and change the properties in the "hide paragraph when formula is true" to field1="xxx" or whatever the value of the field is.

This should, hopefully, work for you!

Thanks, It was a bit tricky at first but I got it working good.
