I have software G3V6i.03. the list member command will only show members in trunk-groups. I need to know the command to show which agents are logged into a hunt-group. Anyone able to help me with this?

Try 'list agent'. Under the Extn column if it shows 'unsta' they are not logged in.

when I try list agent, message comes back stating 'agent' is an invalid entry.

Does your switch use Expert Agent?

I think on G3V6 you are stuck with status station and looking at all the members.

I don't remember this command goes that far back but it may be available to you.


"monitor bcms split ??" This command will give you "live" status of ALL your agents in the hunt group.

If these were acd and not measured, you can use this command to see who is logged in and with what login ID
