I have a report with a list of accounts managers and forcasted sales/complete sales. One problem is that the report seems to put the name of the account manager and the the list of sales, but if it spills on to the next page, then it just continues the list...I want to show the account managers name at the top of the next page with all the rest of the sales, but I dont want to have several pages of report (ie one for each manager), is there anyway to do this?

Also, I really need to show the dates that have been picked by using my parameter field. if, for example, I wanted to show sales from july 3rd 2001 to july 10th 2001 then how would I be able to show this in the report header?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

The best way to have the manager's name appear at the top of each page, when the list continues onto a new page, is to select "Repeat group header on new page" from the "Change Group Options".

To get the parameter date to appear, create the following formula:

ToText (Minimum ({?Date})) + " To " + ToText (Maximum ({?Date}))

This will list the selected dates as such:
July 3, 2001 to July 10, 2001

You can then insert this field directly into the page header, for example, or insert it into a text box.

Another way to display your params in the header is to just insert ?StartDate & ?EndDate into your Title text object.
