Show Details in Office 2007 Calendar

I would like to print out a shared calendar. I would like to show all the information that shows for that day but it gets cut off at a certain point. Is there a way for all the details to show on a printed out calendar in a monthly format? Ex: 9:00am to 9:30am meeting of the support team. Only - 9:00 am to 9:30am meeting of the - shows. Is there a way for the information to go to the next line in the box so that the staff seeing the printed calendar can see the whole detail?

If you are using outlook you can change the calendar view to week or work week. This will allow for more space for the descriptions to print.

I don't think there is a font selection for calendars in outlook.
