I have an m2616 that needs to be configured to show caller ID on incoming calls while the user is on the phone. Enduser only has one DN on both key 0 and key 1. Right now when the eu is on the phone and someone dials, it goes straight to voicemail and caller ID is not displayed. How can we fix this?

First setup another DN (as rollover) then change CLS of ADD (allow digit display) to be TDD (tandem digit display) and be sure to change DNDA to DNDD (otherwise it looks like you are calling yourself). Then you need to alter LHK (last hunt key) to be whichever last key your DN is (1) typically. This should allow a call to ring to the rollover line when your End User is busy on the first line and display whom is calling so they can decide if they need to answer before it goes to voicemail. Also, you will need to add the second DN into voicemail.

For example
key 0 scr 1000
key 1 scr 1001 -- this is ur last hunt key
key 2 msb

Trying to do it without a 2nd DN to avoid billing complications. Is a 2nd DN necessary?
