Show B on display for BUSY?? not working why?

Some of the sets show when someone is online by showing thir name extension and a B -for busy -F for forward.

Some sets don't show that the user is online. Does anyone know why?

Off the bat, I see a possible non-related issue. On Rebecca's line, you have LHK set to 0. If she is on key 0 and a call comes in, it will not roll to a rollover line like Bob's phone. Not sure if this matters in your situation, but the only difference I see in the CLS is one is SFA and the other is SFD.

STSA CRPA GRLA..those are the only 3 cls marks that i see that are different, not a feature i am using so that's all i can offer from down south..(i did a fc in command, that is a file compare that gives you the diff between two txt files..old stuff,but quicker then manual)
