check out the man pages for find. I don't have a Unix box here but working from memory it's something like...


cd /
find . -size x

 

[sbix]

find / -size +2*kb_limit

 

[sachinss1978]

find / -size +2048c

find command searches files from whole system for more than 2048 bytes
