Should I upgrade?

I have 10.0.1.1 installed right now. I've heard somewhere that there's a security issue with this version and you should upgrade.

However I see all these horror stories and have had problems in the past upgrading.

What's the best way to upgrade. Unistall everything and reinstall? I'm downloaded the lasest version but am hesitating updating.....

We've since upgraded and it went pretty smoothly. Was just worried since some had reported problems with the upgrade.

It's still more difficult than upgrading most though.
