The DN to DN and DID calls will increment the count.The sets don't show any new calls from the ACD. Customer has callcenter with the ACD controlled by Symposium. This worked with MAX by the way. Any ideas?
are you receiving clid on those calls? i don't have symposium installed in front of 3900 sets so i can't do a stare and compare, but i would check the nortel website for a patch, you can't be the only one that has noticed that problem. since you can't turnit off in software, it's usually follows that you can't turn it on.
yes, CLID on all calls. The count just wont increment. I couldn't find a related PEP. I am wondering if this is design intent since SCCS has all the reports! I'll update if I find a fix.
