Hi,
My client is using SBS companyweb to hold standard documents that they all use within the company. These are held within document library's with various topic names eg Time Management, Supervisory etc.
I would like to be able to create shortcuts to certain files that are common to many topics rather than dupicate files eg both 'Time Management' and 'Supervisory' topics would use the same 'Delegation' documents. I would like to be able to put a shortcut or alias to the Delegation documents from each of these two topics.
I can't find a way to do this in SharePoint so perhaps you might know how to do this or have an alternative.

Thanks in advance,

Mick

Hi Pat,
Thanks for the Reply. I have a document library called Training. Within this I have folders. I would like a shortcut to a file to be in all folders so when a employee makes a change to it that change will be replicated in all.
