shortcut key to copy previous line item segment 1

Does anyone know how to copy a previous line item segment to the next line without rekeying?

For example: 041-540000-5400027
042-540000-5400027
043-540000-5400027

I dont want to rekey the last two segments of each line each line.
Is there a copy key?

Not copy key is available you can do it through VBA .
