As per one user that instead of pressing lots of key for long distance (password), he need only one key to store all keys.

Is there anyway to store all keys in one shortcut key?

Thx in advance.

Thanks endlesswinter

what I mean is that
After press Intercom for external call, I have to press Feature XXXXXXXXX as password for long distance call.

Is there anyway I can setup a "shortcut" key, press only 1 key instead of 'Feature XXXXXXXXX" password?

Thanks in advance

What Feature code are you using? By-pass restrictions? Like endlesswinter said Feature *1 press button then you may have to dial * 68 9 XXXXXX OK.From what I remember you can't store "Feature" on a speed dial button? You have to use * Correct me if I am wrong endlesswinter.

Disregard my earlier post.tryed it on my sys this AM and it didn't work, won't store the Feature under speed dial and * didn't work.I think I used the * on a system that was connected to another system via ATA's and trunk ports , used * 630 to page remote switch.

It sounds like you're using COS passwords to limit who can dial out. Programming that password on a button would defeat the purpose entirely.

You may want to talk to your system administrator, and get them to unrestrict your set.

You can use appropriate Feature codes in speed dialing strings.
I.E.: Flash, timed pause, etc.
