Hi,

I am new the the IPO and was wondering if there is a Dummies doc for shortcodes, the technicial document is a bit scetchy..

Can anyone advise???

sorry there is no such thing.
The best way to go is to have a look at the default shortcodes and then you can have a look at the features you can pick from. Many of them are not used a lot and some I have never used at all. Some others are used more frequently and with different success.
The help file is probably the best "cheatsheet" you can get for that. In manager go to the shortcodes and press help and you will see what I mean.

there is a document that has some information about the shortcodes in it
there is about 80 pages of information in it, not very nice to read but better than a bad book to fall asleep with.
