I've got 4 location registered at a main site.
On the main site there is an IP500 with a SIP line and a BRI line.
The SIP line has got 2 diffent numbers

At location 1 people dial out from the BRI line with number 1xxxxxxx
At location 2 people dial out from the BRI line with number 2xxxxxxx
At location 3 people dial out from the SIP line with number 3xxxxxxx
At location 4 people dial out from the SIP line with number 4xxxxxxx

Now I want the workers on location 3 to dial out with the number of location 4 with a button
Reason is people thinks he is at location 4 instead of location 3

Changing the dialing- out number on a ISDN BRI line is not a problem
But how this is done with a SIP trunk since I configured the SIP trunk and numbers via the user data.

1 create a new sip uri and instead of "User Data" put in the number you want to present.

2 Create a unique Trunk Group for this URI

3 Create a ARS with Secondary dial tone

4 Create a short Code to Access this ARS

5 Put the dial button on the users phones to access this ARS

6 In ARS set up the SIP Dial patterns

7 User presses or dials short code, then dials number as needed.

Notes:

Depending on your sip config you might could set these URIs in each system rather than trying to use the resources of the SCN.

Let me know how you progress!

Thanx,

I'll try this tomorrow and let you know

Cheers
