shortcode problem

I setup a shortcode for headset toggle.

I cannot get it to work. When the shortcode is dialed I receive call rejected.

I changed a previously working shortcode (Do Not Disturb Off) *09 to Feature "Headset Toggle".

If setup as an action button the feature works but need to setup as a shortcode.

Can someone test that this doesn't work?

Running 4.07 on 412
