Hi All,

I have been assigned a task, to configure our avaya system in our remote office in pittsburgh. My task basically includes replicating all our avaya settings here in Dubai, that includes creating two User Rights 1)International = to call abroad countries 2) local = to allow users call locally.
i am facing trouble with assigning the short codes for each of these users rights.

i have my ARS configures like this ?/./dial/0
what should i put for the user rights short codes to make 1) international calls & to make 2)local calls?

Please i am really desperate.
