short code to voicemail node

customer has a short code they once used to access voicemail menu.
The short code is:
Code: #24
Feature: Voicemail Node
Telephone Number: Snow
Line Group: 10
When user dials #24 it goes directly to user's mailbox.

is it used just to access users mailboxs?

if so use

Line group should always kept on 0 for system features.
The name should be in brackets : "Snow"
And Snow must be a module in VM Pro with a call flow programmed otherwise you end up with the VM asking for mailbox and password.

That is what I want #24 to hit

yep or else the startpoint isin the "shortcodes" area in VM Pro, I never use it so that is why I didnt notice. Stupid human mind, miss the obvious if you don't expect the value shown.

Got it to work (without the brackets though). The reference to the module was off by one letter. Didn't see that the first 50 times I stared at it.

Human mind, you read what you expect. Next time ask one of the girls in the office to take a look with you, they know nothing of the matter but they will notice the difference immediately.
