My receptionist has asked for a short code be setup so she can put all incoming calls into the General Voicemail box when she leaves her desk for a few minutes. She mentioned that *84 was the code she used in the past but it is not working.
When I lookup the *84 code its settings are:
Code: *84
Feature: Voicemail Collect
Telephone number: "Overflow Out"
Line Group ID: 0
When I press *84 the phone display "Overflow Out" and then disappears.
We are running Avaya IP Office Manager 6.2(17) IP 500 4.2(17)
Any help is appreciated getting this setup to work properly.
