can you help me

I try to create a short code to capture calls on analog phones without programmable keys.

Only them members of those groups can get the calls of this same group.

What did you try? But if you want all the same code you'll need user shortcodes

It is a bad idea to use ** for anything as it is reserved for mo bility features but it is up to you.

Now about your question, You have three groups of users numbered (example) 5000, 5001 and 5002

Group 5000 has the 4401, 4402, 4403 and 4404 as members.
Add a user shortcode for each user :
SC = *8
TN = 5000
Action = Pickup Group Memmbers

Do the same for the other groups.

To make it easier you can use a User Restriction table to add the short code and add the users to that table or copy the value of the User Restriction table to all group members.
