Were would I fing the settings for short calls?
 
were would i fing the threshold settings? Sorry but i am new to ccma
 
Go into the Configuration icon. Threshold Setting is the last choice in the listing under the site. You have 3 types of thresholds: agent, skillset, application.
 
Note that only the skillset and the application thresholds have the short call setting, not agent.

Active Display 5 10
Break Display 5 10
Busy Display 5 10
Call Present Display 5 10
Consultation Display 5 10
Emergency Display 5 10
Idle Display 5 10
