I am trying to install the Call Recorder App on a ShoreTel 13.1 system. The install runs through and then the poppup asking for a Username and Password pops up. First it told me the Username Password was invalid . I built a new user inside Director with Administrator rights first and I got an error saying No mapping between Account names and Security ID's was done. Then I gave the User the Role of Accounts and Directories but I get the same error. Any one have any ideas?
