Hi Folks,
I have recently been tasked with overseeing our Macola ES system.
I have used this forum extensively to resolve several issues but have encountered an issue that does not seem to have come up in the forums.
One of our users uses Shop Floor Order Entry when manufacturing items.
We do not use this feature very often, the last time was in December 2021.
The user attempted to enter a new Order in February 15, 2022, but got stuck on the Start Date.
Message indicates "Shop Calendar Detail Record Does Not Exist".
I checked the Shop calendar and sure enough the end date of the calendar was December 31, 2021.
I have tried the following to resolve the issue:
1. I modified the end date of the calendar but the message persisted.
2. I created a new calendar with new start/end dates.
3. I deleted all existing calendars and created a new calendar, making sure the calendar number was the same as the original.
4. After creation of new calendar I went into SQL Studio Manager and verified that a record for 2022 dates are listed in the hzshpdtl_sql table.
If any of you have seen this or have any idea what I am missing please let me know.
