I always get the line item at checkout- "Shipping to be determined... $0"

I have my shipping modules functioning properly and it looks very unprofessional to have two different shipping line items especially if one is always zero $ and always says "to be determined."

This item is there even when my shipping modules are disabled.

I have Miva v 4.20 with engine v4.0702. I also have the latest version of OpenUI installed and functioning.

Any ideas? Thank-you.

I am using-

1 Fed-Ex
2 UPS
3 USPS

but this problem is there even when no shipping modules are installed.

In searching, I've found that this has happened to other people, too. Coincidentally, they are using OUI as well.

Try going into the OpenUI Edit Store, <Select One> Settings
and uncheck the Shipping <Select One> Enable box.

I really appreciate your efforts but this merely removed the &quot;select one&quot; text as the first item in the shipping pull-down menu.

I also disabled all the unused shipping modules with no further success.

I went through every single stinkin' option in that interface and tried everything but what follows... I finally got a response from OpenUI support.

Apparently, if you change any shipping module settings, you have to COMPLETE a test order which will still have the &quot;shipping to be determined later&quot; message all the way to the end. However after the initial test order is fully completed, the offending message is then gone for all following orders.

What's the matter with these guys? Seems a little buggy to me.

Thank-you very much for all your help!

I saw someone mention that they did the &quot;test order&quot; technique, but I didn't mention it because...well, for the same reasons you already know. Sorry.
