Apologize for newbie like question here, but I have 39XX phones I would like to add an extension to. The phones already have 2 extensions on Keys 0 & 1 assigned. When I assign to keys 2 & 3 using SCR, when that extension rings, the user must hit shift, then choose the line in order to answer it. What am I missing here, they should just be able to pick up the handset to answer, right? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try IRA in the CLS and make sure LHK = the key you want to pick up.

depends on the 3900 type, my 3904 request a shift if the scr is above key 5, lpk does not work past a feature key, so the scr/mcr keys need to be in sequence

LPK was the one, changed that to the assigned key and it worked like a charm.

Thanks for everyone's help :)
