shift + key how do write in extra!

Hi !
i heard this website from my friends. i am new to this website and new to macro also.
could you help me i grab from this web sife how to put it in excel sheet.
now i have clarification;
how can id SHIFT + TAB TO GO DOWN
I tried SENDKEYS <SHIFT> + <TAB> it is not working
the genious are here. could yu help me in this regards

I'm pretty sure + = Shift, ^ = Ctrl, % = Alt. So +<Tab> would be a shift+tab. However, if you're looking to tab backwards, I think there's like a <BackTab> sendkey in Extra.

You can also specify keys combined with SHIFT and/or CTRL and/or ALT. To specify a key combined with another key or keys, use the following table.

To combine a key with Precede the key code with
SHIFT + (plus sign)

I appreciate your help. + <tab> i tried it does go next field. it is not going below.the only key is SHIFT + TAB. when i tried sendkeys <shift><tab> it type as it it. it is not going botton field form home
do you have idea?
